What's Happening at High Desert Family Doodles: Our 2026 Litter Update
By Erin & Jay Bryner | High Desert Family Doodles
To say it's been a busy summer out here in the high desert would be a bit of an understatement. Between puppies arriving, litters being planned, and our dogs living their best guardian home lives across Oregon, we have a lot of good news to share. So grab a coffee, settle in, and let's talk doodles.
Here's a full rundown of what's happening with our goldendoodle and bernedoodle litters in 2026 — what's coming soon, what's coming later, and where there are still spots open for the right families.
🐾 Goldendoodle Puppies Arriving This Summer
We have four goldendoodle litters either already on the way or going home soon. A few still have openings — so if summer or early fall has been on your mind, read on.
Daisy x Bear — Mini Goldendoodles (July 10th go-home) Daisy and Bear is a great pairing — both multigen mini goldendoodles who just work really well together. Their puppies are expected to go home July 10th, coming in at 35–45 pounds with beautiful apricot to red wavy or straight coats. We have one spot left on this litter, so if a summer puppy sounds like your kind of adventure, now's the time.
Juniper x Rudy — Medium Goldendoodles (arriving June 2026) This litter is basically knocking on the door. Juniper went into heat in late April, which means these puppies are arriving this month. Juniper is a lovely 40-pound mama and Rudy — our charming petite stud — brings the beautiful apricot genetics. We're expecting 30–45 pound puppies with red and apricot coats. One pre-whelp spot is still open if you want to jump in right as the magic happens.
Patsy x Rudy — Petite Goldendoodles (July arrival, September go-home) Patsy is kind of a rock star in our program. She and Rudy have had two litters together and they consistently produce a gorgeous rainbow of colors and coat textures in a petite little package (18–25 pounds full grown). Puppies arrive in early July and go home in September — and we currently have three openings on this waitlist. If a petite goldendoodle puppy is your dream, this might be your litter.
Maple x Rudy — Medium Goldendoodles (summer 2026) Maple and Rudy were bred in late May, so this medium goldendoodle litter is on its way for summer. We're expecting 30–45 pound puppies with red and apricot wavy and straight coats. Still some spots open on this one!
🍂 Goldendoodle Litters Coming This Fall and Winter
If summer feels too soon, don't worry — we have plenty of fall and winter goldendoodle litters in the works too.
Juno x Rudy — Mini Goldendoodles (fall go-home) Juno has been such a wonderful, attentive mom, and we're so excited for her next litter. We're expecting her to go into heat this summer, with puppies going home in the fall. These should be 25–35 pound mini goldendoodles with apricot to red wavy and straight coats. Openings available!
Bella x Bear — Mini Goldendoodles (fall/winter 2026) Bella and Bear are both compact multigen goldendoodles around 20 pounds, and we can't wait to see what they produce together. We're anticipating this litter in the fall or winter — abstract red straight coats, 20–25 pounds full grown. Waitlist has openings.
River x Benny — Medium Ultra Goldendoodles (fall 2026) Okay, we have to talk about this one because it's a little special. River is our gorgeous AKC English Cream Golden Retriever, and Benny is a 35-pound multigen goldendoodle. Ultra goldendoodles are genetically more than 50% golden retriever, which means that classic golden look with all the doodle coat benefits. We're expecting 35–45 pound cream apricot puppies with wavy to straight coats this fall. Openings available — and these don't come around all the time.
Plum x Rudy — Mini Goldendoodles (summer 2026) Plum's waitlist is currently full, but she's worth mentioning because she's one of our most beloved mamas — an apricot-cream beauty who consistently produces stunning 20–30 pound mini goldendoodles with Rudy. If you love this pairing, reach out anyway — things can change!
Ruthie x Bear — Petite Goldendoodles (winter go-home) Ruthie's petite litter is also currently full, but if a tiny 18–25 pound red petite goldendoodle is your dream, get your name in front of us now for future litters.
🏔️ Bernedoodle Puppies: Fall and Winter 2026
Our bernedoodle program is equally busy this year. Here's what's in store.
Stevie x Otto — Mini Bernedoodles (fall go-home) Stevie is one of our absolute favorites — sweet, calm, and a natural mama. Her next litter with Otto is expected late summer, with go-home dates in the fall. We're expecting 20–30 pound mini bernedoodles with those gorgeous abstract phantom markings on wavy or curly coats. Two openings left on this one.
Remi x Arlo — Medium Bernedoodles (fall go-home) Remi is an F1b Bernedoodle and Arlo is a multigen mini bernedoodle — a pairing we're really excited about. We're planning to breed them this summer for a fall go-home. Expect 35–50 pound puppies with abstract phantom markings and wavy coats. Openings available.
Raleigh x Arlo — Medium Bernedoodles (late winter 2026/2027) Raleigh and Arlo are both multigen bernedoodles and we're anticipating their litter in late winter. These should be lovely 30–45 pound puppies with abstract phantom markings on wavy and straight coats. Plenty of room on this waitlist if you're planning ahead.
Boo x Otto — Mini Bernedoodles (spring 2027 go-home) Yes, we're already thinking about spring 2027 — because if you want a Boo x Otto baby, now is when to get on the list. Boo is going into heat this winter, with puppies going home in the spring. These mini bernedoodles should be 20–35 pounds with those beautiful abstract phantom markings. Openings available.
Holiday x Otto — Medium Bernedoodles (winter/spring 2027) Holiday — or Holli, as we call her — is an F1b Bernedoodle paired with Otto for a winter or spring 2027 litter. We're expecting 30–45 pound medium bernedoodles with phantom abstract markings on curly and wavy coats. Open spots on Holli's waitlist.
