High Desert Family Doodles is based in Madras, Oregon, and is reachable from Boise via I-84. We are Oregon's only goldendoodle breeder with both a GANA Gold Level and a Good Dog certification, raising every puppy in our home on the Puppy Culture and BadAss Breeder curriculum. All of our goldendoodle parents are health-tested to the standards of both GANA and Good Dog before they enter our program — genetic panels, OFA hips, elbows, patellas, cardiac, and eye clearances. We offer a two-year written health guarantee on every puppy. And because we raise our puppies inside our home, not in a kennel, they come to you with real early socialization and the kind of confidence that makes the transition to a new family smooth.

How we raise our puppies
From the very first week, our puppies begin Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction. As they grow, we follow the Puppy Culture and BadAss Breeder curriculum — structured, proven enrichment that teaches our puppies to be brave, curious, and trusting. By the time they leave us, they've been handled by many different people, exposed to new sounds and environments, and begun basic crate and potty training. They’ve typically done a couple trips to a local third grade classroom, giving them plenty of experience with the enthusiasm of children. These goldendoodle puppies have got to experience an incredibly nourishing season with us, and one that stretches them to We want your Boise puppy to hit the ground running.
Getting your puppy to Boise
Pickup is at our home in Madras, Oregon — a manageable drive from Boise via I-84, and one that many Treasure Valley families enjoy making so they can meet the parent dogs in person. For those families that would prefer to pick their puppy up via plane, We can also meet at Roberts Field (Redmond Airport, RDM) for a shorter drive option.
We also have the ability to coordinate a flight nanny for your puppy who can deliver your puppy to Boise That way, you do not have to make the trip at all, and we can arrange the flight delivery into Boise Airport (BOI).
